Unfortunately in Switzerland, I don’t have the opportunity to eat so much seafood; but when I am in France… I just enjoy to find all the products I want :)!
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 24 razor shells
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 teaspoons of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 10 gr. of butter
- Soak the razor shells in salt water during approximately 1 hour.
- Rinse with fresh water.
- Chop the garlic after removing the green sprout.
- Fry the razor shells until they changed color with the butter, the garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
- Serve quickly and enjoy!
