Short pastry with spelt flour

  • 300 gr. of spelt flour
  • 100 gr. of diced butter
  • 1 dl. of water
  • 1 cc. of salt
  1. Pour all ingredients on your food processor and knead for 5 to 10 minutes until you get an homogeneous dough.
  2. You can use it straight away or cover with plastic foil and refrigerate to conserve.
