  • 6 apples
  • 250 gr. of flour
  • 150 gr. of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 20 gr. of butter
  • 1 pinch of cinamon
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Peel, core and cut apples into quarters. Slice finely and reserve.
  3. Mix flour and sugar. Add eggs one by one while mixing. Then pour milk little by little until your obtain a kind of pastry dough pancakes.
  4. Grease the baking dish with butter. Place apples in your oven dish. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 50-55 minutes. Watch regularly after 35 minutes.
