Blueberry sorbet

Serves: 1 liter
  • 750 gr. of blueberry
  • 100 gr. of sugar
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  1. Wash blueberry.
  2. Add in a little saucepan with lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes on low/medium heat. Monitor cooking process.
  4. Mix with a hand blender.
  5. Leave to cool.
  6. Fill in your ice cream maker.
  7. Freeze and serve !
