  • 2 mackerels
  • 3 spring onions
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 branches of lemon thyme
  • pepper
  • salt
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Wash and slice spring onions.
  3. Wash and slice lemon.
  4. Place mackerels on a greaseproof paper sheet. Cover with lemon and spring onion.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and lemon thyme.
  6. Close the papillote and bake for 15 minutes.
