  • 250 ml. of full fat cream - 35% or more (1 cup or 8.3 oz.)
  • 3 tablespoons of iced sugar
  1. Pour full fat cream in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add iced sugar and mix.
  3. Sieve and pour in your cream whipper.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
