  • 600 gr. of potatoes (1.30 lb.)
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  1. Fill a casserole dish with water. Add bouquet garni and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes. Wash sliced potates.

  4. Heat a non sticky pan with olive oil. Put potatoes and cook for 15 to 20 minutes stiring regularly.
