Garlic Butter Recipe

  • 150 gr. of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley
  • 40 gr. of squeezed garlic
  • a pinch of flower salt
  • a turn of pepper mill
  1. Get out the butter of the fridge 30 minutes before.
  2. In the meantime, peel garlic and finely slice fresh parsley.
  3. Mix 2 tablespoons of parsley, butter and squeezed garlic.
  4. Add a pinch of flower salt and one turn of pepper mill at your convenience.
  5. That's it! In few minutes, you get a delicious garlic butter!
