  • 4 tomatoes
  • fresh parsley
  • 8 teaspoons of breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  1. Pre-heat your oven at 200°C (400°F).
  2. Core tomatoes and cut in two parts.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs, a pinch of parsley, a trickle of olive oil, salt and pepper on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Bake 30 minutes and serve.
  5. Easy and Healthy!
