I must admit that at first, I was skeptical with this cake. Aurelie had spoken to me a lot about it. A recipe so simple … But she brought it to us, so we could taste it. I love chocolate and especially chestnut cream, I was served! Simply delicious, and when I baked this chocolate and chestnut cake again… a treat!
But just to increase the number of calories because this cake is very light hihihi, I allowed myself to add 100 gr. of broken candied chestnuts that would have dragged in my fridge much too long if I had not enlisted them in this recipe.
Simply delicious. To bake and rebake, unfortunately it is not always easy to find chestnut cream in Switzerland apart from Bonne Maman one with vanilla or the one used for vermicelli.
But as soon as I go shopping in France, I bring back and I redo this delicious dessert. Since we have Julie, all recipes simple and fast are unanimous at home and even more if they are tasty!

- 100 gr. dark chocolate
- 100 gr. of butter
- 500 gr. chestnut cream
- 3 eggs
- Preheat your oven to 160 ° C.
- Melt butter and chocolate.
- Add the brown cream and the eggs to the mixture.
- Pour into a cake tin.
