I tried this italian recipe this friday. It was just amazing and my guests were astonished! Let’s try it!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 lamb ribbings
- 8 bacon slices
- fresh goat cheese
- dry tomatoes
- fresh basil
- Cut 8 ribbings from the lamb racks.
- Dice the dry tomatoes.
- Mix the diced tomatoes with the basil and the goat cheese.
- Add some pepper.
- Spread the mix on the lamb ribs and wrap it into one bacon slice.
- Bake the lamb piece on both side until the meet is cooked.
